Negida Mentorship Program
** Aim
To build the research capacity of medical students, trainees, and junior physicians/surgeons in LMICs
** Objectives
- To help mentees publish in medical journals
- To help mentees build up their research skills
- To help mentees create connections in the neuroscience fields
- To provide learning and career opportunities to mentees (as far as possible)
- To provide advice to mentees about their career development

This is a FREE program provided to help build the research capacity of neurological and neurosurgical research in LMICs (particularly in Egypt)
** Numbers
The number of incoming fellows is 5-10 new mentees per year
